    Under Review = We are currently reviewing the suggestion. Check the suggestion's comments for updates from the team.

    Accepted = We've approved the suggestion and it will be implemented in a future update.

    Completed = The suggestion has now been implemented.

    Rejected = The suggestion has been rejected. Check the comments section for more information.

Sometimes it fires right after one ended, need checking (yesterday we had a battle at Zakarpattia, right after it ended, another one started)

Were these battles in the same region?

It should respect Initiative cooldowns at the very least, but unrest could trigger a battle in another region when the NPC script runs next (NPC script attempts to run every 5 mins).
