  1. Don't think it needs an explanation, I think this is a must for certain things. For example when I set maximum days between shifts for a company, there should be an option to apply it to all companies, perhaps even a choice between ap[;ying it to gathering or manufacture. Would be a huuuge help.

  3. communication is poor at the moment you can see that you have a personal message only when you log in to the forum, I rarely enter here, is there any way for the recipient to receive any kind ''Alert'' in the game that there is a personal message?(not to mention that some players I guess don't even have a forum account)

  4. Updates If a company has set a 'Max Price for Power', the company will attempt to automatically buy power from the market as players and NPCs work. Power is only purchased if the company has sufficient cash, no power, and there is an offer less than or equal to the 'Max Price for Power' setting. This feature will always purchase the cheapest power on the market, and will appear in cash logs as 'Power Purchase'. Companies with active alerts are now re-checked every hour automatically to clear alerts that are no longer valid. For an alert to be cleared, the company must have at least 50 currency, 100 RM or 1 power (depending on the type of alert). Improved the process of constructing and repairing infrastructure, requiring less page loads. NPCs will now earn Combat XP when fighting, and proceed through the various military ranks. Updated the Move Citizen UI with new images, nation info and active/upcoming battle indicators. Update the image for T4 Helicopters. NPCs can now construct and repair infrastructure projects. NPCs will only work on infrastructure controlled by their citizenship nation, and only when the nation controls the region. NPCs who work on infrastructure will not attempt to find a job or work a regular job. Added new animated weather icons. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug preventing party members from voting in party leadership elections. Friends option in game menu now correctly loads the forum Friends module. Battles that haven't started yet are no longer listed in the 'Active Battles' widget. Air damage values are now displayed on the battlefield. Infrastructure should now correctly be destroyed when a battle reduces its integrity to 0%. Fixed broken icons when repairing infrastructure. NPCs can no longer attempt to move regions if they've recently fought (fixes NPCs missing end-of-battle morale boosts). Fixed a bug allowing NPCs to fight once an hour instead of once per day.   6. Added CEOs can now set a target stock and maximum price for all resources the company uses. When set, your company Secretary will attempt to maintain the target stock levels as NPCs work. (This feature may be extended to player shifts in the future). Changed The War Room will now show battles where the attacking force is retreating. CEOs can now set a vacancy limit for NPCs directly when placing/updating a vacancy. The Add Vacancy popup has also been updated slightly. Fixed Fixed a bug preventing NPC worker conditions (tier/salary) from being changed. Fixed a bug allowing multiple raffle tickets to be purchased. Fixed a bug allowing NPCs to fight when a battle has ended, but results are still being processed. Fixed several bugs blocking players from battles that have been extended due to downtime or server issues. Fixed a critical bug allowing attackers to retreat from a battle while winning, in order to win the battle early. Fixed a bug preventing the Organization page from functioning correctly. Manually purchasing power for a company will now be correctly logged as a Power Purchase (previously this was labelled RM Purchase).   7. a suggestion: wouldn't it be better to have a picture of a bunker(or other building) as an example and write the number of buildings of this type in the upper right corner on the picture? it will be more comfortable and will take less space.

  10. Currently testing automatic restocking from NPC workers, as long as the APC hasn't increased. Will roll the feature out with some additional config providing it works well and doesn't cause any issues.

  11. I like this in theory, although there should probably be some flexibility still. I personally use avg production cost and the 'target profit' setting to set sales price, so if this changes I'd want to change the sale price when listing new stock. There's possibly other reasons one might want to change the price of goods on the market (undercutting competition, raising prices without competition, something else). Removing this current flow would mean you'd need to then remove stock from the market and sell again in those situations. Honestly if you're just wanting to add to the current market stock at the current price, it might be better to add a setting to auto top-up market listings as long as the APC hasn't changed. So as workers work, the goods go straight to the market (perhaps with a configurable max stock).

  15. I don't see why the state is not able to do it anyways, many times there are a lot of stuff in market but people tend to forget to fill up POs, this way the relevant ministers would be able to fill up from there.

Oh yeah, both, I mean I was referring to the pages of the nation's, like it'd be good to know what companies are there, and I think the tool for the government is not working either, so there should be some way to check where are the companies in your country, both yours and foreign ones! And yeah @Ironman's ideas is good too.

  21. With the introduction of the npcs it becomes frequent that your company runs out money, since once there is some sales providing money, the job offers open automatically. This results in companies running dry of money, eventually blocking you from buying resources for other tiers. To remedy that, let us set a minimum amount of money for each company, when the currency reserves are lower than that, pause the production.

Well I'm always in need of more, I mean 20 t3 books (4 days of reading) 20 food 10 t4 military 20 t3 drinks these are just the absolutely necessary stuff, taking 70% of the inventory, and the only reason I'm not buying more is that I have no more space. Haven't mentioned the cars and other vehicles, some occasional stuff in it, plus this is only for jets, if I wanted to be able to hit with something else too, I just don't have the space for it.

  24. Hmm, we could possibly add most of the default header row to the battlefield. Playercard as you said. Inventory, but perhaps modified to instead show weapons/ammo/etc? Region card, with possibly extra icons for some of the battlefield status effects? That'd probably be it, housing doesn't have much use on a battlefield

  25. It's tedious and unnecessary to click through it five times and reload when you set it for a higher tier company, so I was thinking a much quicker way is needed. For example, having a plus and minus sign on the two sides of the number itself would let you to set it without touching the keyboard, and you'd be able to quickly add/remove jobs for any tier. You could even an extra "sync all tiers" icon, when it's active (highlighted after you've clicked it) it'd link and syncronize all tiers, so when you set a number of positions for one tier, all of them would change to it. Ajaxified of course, so no reload needed, the moment the number changes, it'd be sent to the server and saved.

CEOs can now choose to ignore their current company alerts to clear the widget from the dashboard. Alerts will show again if the alert is re-triggered, for example if another worker tries to work. Bug Fixes Fixed a number of compatibility issues with PHP8. Fixed Tiers 1 and 3 Medicine not being consumable without wounds. Fixed numerous UI issues on the search results page.

  28. We could even make the UI a bit more modern, showing a card/widget for each job offer. Showing the image for whatever the job makes (including appropriate tier), with info about the estimated pay, max shifts per day, perhaps something there about travel-only jobs? Could probably even show the icons for the skills required for each job on a card like this.

  29. Yeah, though with some dropdowns or filters we could still do it from one page, what I hope is that it would be less confusing. Trying to think it through how it goes, so: 1st question, you're looking for a job. you click the find job button what you want to see? all the job offers in your country, or the ones you have access from where you are atm.? I think by default we should show all offers your country has (the eligible ones of course, the ones having enough raws, money etc.) the list could be sorted by projected earnings firstly, and perhaps by travel means secondly (or perhaps it's even better to provide some buttons to choose sorting order manually). Offers in the region you are would come first, a regional icon would indicate they are in the region where you reside atm. Next come the offers where the workplace is connected to a region by rail where you have a house, shown with a rail icon next to the offer. Below them would be the ones you'd need to use other means of travel, indicated with their own icon, for example if you'd need to use sea or air travel, indicate with both sea and air icons. If you'd need to use car only, show the car icon.

  33. The primary things are food/drink to maintain their health/happiness, and a job to work at. The whole system still needs a lot of balance when I have time, and there are other factors that aren't fully implemented yet. I'll be adding more detailed info once the system is more developed/balanced, keeping this open until then as a reminder. Most infra actually help - they like a more secure region, with more 'things' to do. But infra also raises the regions overall appeal, which NPC's use to decide where to move when they're unhappy with their current region. So stronghold regions currently attract too many grumpy NPC's, who then get more frustrated at lack of jobs etc, and trigger uprisings, causing the "more buildings = uprisings" effect darki's observed.

  34. Updates AP costs for Infrastructure repairs are now pro-rata, based on the amount of repair needed. For example, if you would normally repair 60 points of damage and the Infrastructure only needs 20 points of repair, you will only use 5 AP, not 15. Pro-rata AP costs are rounded up, and cannot be less than 1. Defence System damage is now properly displayed on the Battle Info screen. Note that battles occuring prior to v1.4.1 did not have Defence System damage seperately counted, so these battles will still include this damage in the overall Ground Damage pool. Repair Infrastructure now shows the most damaged infrastructure at the top to make urgent repairs more accessible. Increased the maximum AP to 200. Improved the way Uprisings are handled on the Battle Info screen, including a more contextually-relevant outcome description (Secured for defeated uprisings, Liberated for successful ones). When searching for job vacancies, companies with active alerts for missing RM or insufficient currency will be automatically hidden. Job offers for these companies will become available again as soon as the CEO resolves the alerts. Your available currency is now updated automatically along with other vital stats in the UI. Bug Fixes Fixed some outdated CSS causing some text to be unreadable. Fixed organizations using outdated 50 item inventory limit when trying to withdraw items. War Room no longer shows a deploy button for every battle after the first battle with a valid deploy button. Fixed bugged entries appearing in citizen patriotism lists. Removed outdated Presidential Address feature from the UI. Wars in Foreign Affairs office are now correctly listed as 'declared on/by' rather than 'offered to/by'. Fixed an ancient bug causing diplomatic treaties to never end. NPC happiness is now correctly reset when an NPC moves. Fixed several UI issues on the Battle Info screen relating to NPC damage.   35. from the picture I see the deployment button for all battles is active(clickable) they should only be active for the battles that are available for deploy from the country in which I am currently in, if I try to press a button in one of them for deploy I have been sent to one of the battles in which my country is involved

  36. I can't take items from storage in organisation when I have 50 items in inventory and couldn't take more when I had less and that would lead to exceeding 50 items. I think it's just not updated change in inventory space.

  37. Updates Job vacancies are no longer removed when the company runs out of resources or money. Health cost for gathering resources is now equal to the productivity target for the resource. This makes rare resources more in line with higher tier manufacturing goods. Employment widget on the dashboard now shows some additional information about your recent shifts (in the last 7 days). Note that all information shown here relates only to the company you currently work for. NPC's unable to meet their needs will now generate Unrest in their region. Unrest temporarily offsets a regions Appeal, making other NPC's less likely to move there until the Unrest dies down. Unrest decays by 25% of its current value each day. This system may be further balanced in future updates. The number of NPCs in a region are now listed when moving a company, to empower CEOs to make more educated decisions about their company location. Updated Appeal ratings for all infrastructure. The chance of an NPC uprising is now related to the level of Unrest in the region. The closer a regions Unrest score to the size of its NPC population, the more likely an uprising is to occur. Unrest is reset to 0 whenever an Uprising is triggered (either by an NPC or player). NPCs with the Militant or Patriotic traits will now attempt to move to participate in battles involving their citizenship nation. NPC jobs will now be removed if the NPC has not worked for at least 7 days to reduce unnecessary clutter in the CEO manager. This does not affect NPC productivity, it simply removes the link between the NPC and the company (which in almost all cases, was no longer a valid link anyway). Alerts in the 'Companies Needing Attention' widget now link directly to the relevant company. State Companies Needing Attention now have their very own dashboard widget, visible to the President, Vice President, and Industry Minister. Bug Fixes Only display the last twenty-five workers on the CEO page to stop long load times / excessive scrolling. Attempting to buy more resources than are listed, or than your company can afford, now results in the buy order being adjusted (so you will still buy the stock that is available/affordable instead of generating an error message). Fixed a bug preventing a region's Appeal from updating once it had been initially set. Appeal is now properly recalculated each day for all regions.   39. Naaaah, I don't consider him political, he does offensive jokes like many standup comedians before his time (and what better to joke about than the sensitive left nowadays??? :DDD). Take some of them for example: George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, and the list goes on. Many of these comedians were harrassed and even jailed for their "offensive words". I feel very strongly against this new type of "sensitivity", where you can't say an offensive thing to someone coz it'll be considered a crime soon... In other words I care less about the jokes themselves, than the statements they make (which I admit can be absolutely subjective too) if that's understandable.

  41. Updates Presidential Election results are now automatically processed shortly after polls close. There may initially still be delays of up to 24 hours as we monitor the new system for any bugs, but this should quickly be reduced to 1-2 hours max. (Before this update, election results had to be manually triggered by a dev/admin). Military Module has now been fully converted to the Action Points (AP) system. Initially, every military action will cost 1 AP per attack. Yes, this means everyone has the option of spending a full 100 AP on attacks if they choose - though this will prevent them from working or training. Quick Action buttons linked to actions that cost AP are now dynamically displayed. If you do not have sufficient AP to perform the action, the button will disapear until your AP has recovered. This will dynamically update even if you do not reload the page. Currency exchange rates are now determined by the amount of currency in circulation and the amount of VBX held in the treasury. Greatly increased the inflation cap, allowing for more realistic market effects. Added a new Instant Sale feature to the currency exchange. This feature is available for currencies valued at or below 0.001 VBX (the cost of printing currency). Currency is sold at the current exchange rate, and is always sold for VBX. Company manager now indicates the number of available purchase orders and stock on the relevant tabs. When buying resources for a company, if the company cannot afford to buy all the resources you order, it will still purchase the resources it can afford. Previously this would result in an error message, forcing the player to re-attempt the purchase. Began work on new AI NPC system. In the near future, these AI citizens will encourage activity by taking part in traditional daily tasks and consuming a small amount of products from the market. This is the first step in a transformational upgrade that will change the way the game is played. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue preventing Military industry items from being trashed. Fixed broken page displayed after filling a purchase order from the company manager. Known Issues There is a configuration issue with the new server that is causing intermittent 500/520 Server Errors (primarily while browsing the game). We are well aware of this issue, and are investigating to determine the source of the problem.   42. Updates The alert for upcoming congress election will now indicate the number of days before the election, and will display if you have successfully nominated yourself for congress. Alerts will now popup in the bottom right of the screen, rather than bottom left, as this is a more 'natural' placement for notification alerts. Added a 'Quick Actions' widget to the header to make common daily tasks easier to access again. More UI updates/improvements. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug causing the Run For Congress button to always show, even after being clicked. Fixed javascript issues introduced with the recent UI changes. Fixed missing Rest/Relax button on Housing page blocking access to this feature. Fixed users seeing their own login alert.
