From what I can see, Bolivia's Fibers deficit is static, so I believe this is some historic bug that was using resources without checking available stock (Germany has a couple of resource deficits and hasn't existed for quite some time, supporting this). I'll push an update this weekend to the Government Office so that deficits are shown, so this information is more easily available to players.

We don't have state companies consuming directly from the stockpile neither fibers nor any other raw because we tried it one time and once the national stockpile had nothing left of the raw (I think it was steel.), the company just wouldn't consume its own stock, which was plenty. After that, we edited all state companies not to have them consume directly from the national stockpile.

Do you have state companies consuming fibers, with the option enabled to consume directly from the stockpile? If so can you please provide the company ids for these companies?

According to the database, Bolivia somehow has -31023 fibers.

There have been two instances in the past week where not everything started up normally after a windows update, and the site was down for a few hours. Even so, we're still at 97% uptime for the month. You can check if the server is down here https://uptime.darkmyre.net/status/vnations - if everything there is up, then the problem lies with either your internet provider, or upstream providers between your country and Australia.

I get the same message between six and two hours before day change. It does not happen all the time, but now I know I have to prevent not being able to connect, so I empty my AP bar as much as I can when I can connect. It's been easier for me to notice that on weekends.

The server has not been offline for 8 days

This is affecting my production of tanks, and it may eventually affect my production of jets.

I was about to write a new one. Sorry for the necropost, but I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a new article wasn't a better idea.

Step 3: I go to Government Office - Industry and find this: Where's all the Fibers that has been sold to Bolivia? The purchase order was for 56789 when the law was approved. We have no stock, and the missing 41097 have never been sold or used.

Added CEOs can now set a target stock and maximum price for all resources the company uses. When set, your company Secretary will attempt to maintain the target stock levels as NPCs work. (This feature may be extended to player shifts in the future). Changed The War Room will now show battles where the attacking force is retreating.
