  • Status Definitions

    Pending = We have not yet reviewed the report.

    Unconfirmed = We have acknowledged the submission but have not yet confirmed whether or not the bug exists.

    Confirmed = We've reviewed the bug report and found the source of the error. Fix imminent.

    Fixed = The issue has been fixed and/or implemented and should be pushed live shortly if it hasn't been already.

    Closed = Reports that we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Disable any custom modifications to your browser, clear cache and cookies, and perform necessary updates before submitting a bug.

I bought 2 cars from the marketplace in order to be able to work from a neighboring region. The stock on the market showed 18 cars before I bought mine and 16 afterwards. I was notified that I had bought the two of them, and then I attempted to work, but the game keeps saying and showing that I don't have cars.

Hey Tactician, let me digress a bit, the way we solved this in Hungary is that we simply built a train network to basically all the regions where we work from, this eliminates the need of travel and you can work just as if you were in the correct region.
