    Pending = We have not yet reviewed the report.

    Unconfirmed = We have acknowledged the submission but have not yet confirmed whether or not the bug exists.

    Confirmed = We've reviewed the bug report and found the source of the error. Fix imminent.

    Fixed = The issue has been fixed and/or implemented and should be pushed live shortly if it hasn't been already.

    Closed = Reports that we cannot reproduce or need more information. In this case just add a comment and we will review it again.

     

    Disable any custom modifications to your browser, clear cache and cookies, and perform necessary updates before submitting a bug.

Befriending and donating in-game

I can't donate to people who are not my friends in-game, and I can't befriend players in-game either. I thought that befriending someone in-forum would be the solution, but it isn't.

I don't get an error message. The button to trade appears next to the "send PM" only when a player is my friend in-game. I don't have a button to befriends players in-game anymore as there was before. I thought that befriending somebody in-forum would come with an update in-game and later SirDude would appear as a friend in-game and the button would appear.

Ah now I understand. The friends tab in-game should really have been removed.

In order to trade with someone, you just need to be in the same region as they are and the button will appear on their profile. I'll keep this bug report open for now, as I do need to make the trading process clearer (and we may not need the same-region restriction anymore)
